What you can expect to do with us:
- Promote the services of the business unit – Mechanics/electricity Quebec – to potential customers;
- Carry out business development by meeting clients within the framework of mandates to be carried out, networking activities and/or development of potential markets;
- Supervise, support and participate in the development of the skills of the team of project managers under your supervision;
- Manage projects, ensuring compliance with budgets, deadlines and the quality of deliverables; ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships with the various stakeholders;
- Carry out service offers with the support of the service offer department; carry out the analysis of calls for tenders, including risk analysis, evaluate the fees and compile the requirements to be met to ensure the conformity of the service offer at the time of submission.
- Supervise the assembly of service offers in collaboration with the project managers under your supervision, or other partners involved, according to the quality standards in force within the organization. li>
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes leading to excellent project management and customer experience.
What you will bring to WSP:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or any other training deemed equivalent.
- Be a member in good standing and hold a license from the Order of Engineers of Quebec.
- Have 15 years or more of experience including 5-10 years of relevant experience in management and leadership of technical teams for large-scale projects (private or public) within an engineering company - recognized advice in Quebec and/or Canada.
- Having strong management skills, demonstrated organizational skills and excellent human resources management skills;
- Demonstrate team spirit, innovation and passion for your work and your team.
- Have attention to detail and excellent critical analysis skills;
- Assisted leadership focused on the participation of team members and demonstrated skills in priority management.
- Excellent communication, both oral and written.
- Bilingualism in French and English considered an asset.
