Monday to Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Every other Saturday (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

Compensation

  • $20 to $31/hour (depending on experience)

Lacroix, Médecine Privée is booming and is looking for a medical secretary for the Gstineau clinic!

You will report to the clinic manager, who will be a resource person to guide you and have a team at your side! You will play a key role in the team, and your collaboration will be essential!

We trust you to support our valued clients so that you can support them and provide them with a warm customer experience, meeting Lacroix standards of professionalism, attentiveness, respect, and kindness.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers;
  • Answer phone calls;
  • Confirm patient appointments;
  • Communicate service offerings and sell specific health plans or treatments based on client needs;
  • Account for daily payments and perform the necessary accounting follow-ups (POS, sales reports, etc.)
  • Scanning test results or any other type of document;
  • Scheduling appointments for specialties;
  • Various administrative and related tasks.

Skills Required

  • Organizational skills, efficient and able to multitask;
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel);
  • Medical or dental secretarial courses
  • Independence and teamwork;
  • Smiling, courtesy, and communication skills.
  • Sales experience (an asset);
  • Medical terminology (an asset)
