Required profile

• Valid license from the OIIQ

• Master's degree in primary care (IPSPL)

• Personal license Prescriber

• Up-to-date CPR training

• Clinical leadership, autonomy, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status

• Make diagnoses, prescribe medical tests and treatments

• Ensure clinical follow-up and results management

• Work in interprofessional collaboration with Physicians, Nurses, and Administrative Staff

• Actively participate in promoting health among clients

• Refer, as needed, to collaborating physicians or mental health nurses
