Contractual Mandate Summary
Lacroix Private Medicine is seeking an Independent Architectural Technologist to manage clinic design projects, from conception to tender preparation.
This role is for a professional capable of working with a high level of autonomy and coordination.
Responsibilities
✔️ Design and develop complete architectural plans (concept to execution)
✔️ Prepare technical specifications and ensure their compliance
✔️ Ensure the preparation and quality of tender documents />✔️ Analyze applicable standards and codes (construction, health)
✔️ Coordinate technical stakeholders as needed
✔️ Participate in strategic medical clinic design projects
✔️ Identify technical challenges and propose effective solutions
Desired Profile
✔️ College diploma (DEC) in Architectural Technology with significant experience
✔️ self-employed
✔️ Excellent command of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
✔️ Strong knowledge of building codes and standards
✔️ Experience in the medical or institutional sector (a major asset)
✔️ High level of autonomy, initiative, and coordination skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
