Overview
As our Corporate Driver, you will provide safe and courteous transportation services to our guests and employees. Your responsibilities include coordinating vehicle pre-maintenance, maintenance, and repair to ensure vehicle longevity and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicle from office to construction sites, meeting locations, and other destinations as per requests and assigned schedule.
- Handle passengers' luggage and parcels safely.
- Practice safe and comfortable driving techniques in compliance with legislation and company guidelines.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is well-maintained both aesthetically and mechanically.
- Perform regular cleaning and servicing of the vehicle, including fueling.
- Follow and monitor the vehicle's preventative maintenance program and keep detailed records of inspections and repairs.
- Submit any travel-related expenses to Finance as requested.
- Handle emergency situations promptly and communicate with management as required.
- Report any potentially unsafe conditions immediately.
- Perform other duties, including deliveries, as needed and/or assigned.
Key Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no traffic violations preferred). Must provide a copy of motor vehicle driving record.
- Flexible, this role requires to work sometimes evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of vehicle preventative maintenance programs.
- Ability to safely operate a passenger car/van in all weather conditions.
- Good knowledge of the Montreal area and proficient in using a GPS.
- Demonstrated courtesy, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
