Job description:

- Answer the phone.

- Take messages and forward them to the person concerned.

- Respond to and follow up on emails.

- Provide general information in person or by telephone.

- Perform various office administrative tasks.

- Classify documents.

- Scan documents.

- Set appointments using computerized systems.

- Other job-related tasks.

Skills required:

- Good knowledge of computers, particularly the Microsoft Office suite

- Versatility

- Team spirit

- Organization

Conditions:

- Schedule Monday to Friday. No weekends and no evenings.

- Day position, permanent and full-time.

- The number of hours can vary between 30h00 and 37h30 per week.

- Parking available on site
