Job description:
- Supervise and advise the customer service team
- Manage customer accounts and ensure follow-ups
- Efficiently process customer requests
- Enter and update data
- Perform various administrative office tasks
Skills required:
- 5+ years in customer service
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite Office
- Leadership
- Organization
- Attention to detail
- Bilingualism (English and French)
Conditions:
- Daytime, permanent, full-time position.
