Customer VMI Service Lead – Labrador City

As part of our ongoing growth, JRV is looking for a Customer VMI Service Lead for its Labrador City branch to oversee new inventory management projects with our clients.
Reporting to the Branch Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, execution, and overall performance of inventory replenishment and management services (VMI) at client sites, using and mastering the technological tools provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solutions at client locations
- Ensure replenishment, accuracy, and monitoring of inventory levels
- Install, configure, and maintain equipment and systems, including Stockify VMI
- Train and support users in their daily operations
- Provide proactive customer service and build strong client relationships
- Diagnose and quickly resolve operational issues
- Ensure organization and efficiency of storage areas
- Collaborate with internal teams and identify improvement and sales opportunities
- Comply with health and safety standards, procedures, and requirements

Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal and external clients
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work as part of a team
- Ability to operate various equipment
- Bilingual (French and English) required
- Comfortable working in a computerized environment and using technological tools
- WHMIS certification required, training provided
