Job Overview
The Project Manager works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful, high-quality project delivery, on time, and on budget. He or she plays a crucial role alongside our partners and subcontractors to ensure the smooth running of each stage in harmony with the various clients.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise all phases of the project, from design to final completion, ensuring that project objectives are achieved within the specified timeframe. (Schedule, Budget, Quality)
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize negative impacts on the project.
- Analyze project profitability and propose opportunities for continuous performance improvement, primarily at the subcontractor level.
- Analyze and consolidate client needs and objectives and liaise with subcontractors and our internal teams;
- Represent the company in subcontracting projects or during visits by key partners;
- Manage contract terminations and monitor the various clauses between the various stakeholders;
- Manage partner (subcontractor) relationships and address issues of non-compliance or non-performance;
- Ensure compliance with service quality standards, applicable laws and regulations, and best practices;
- Management of the inspection schedule;
- Management and optimization of the financial flow (cash flow) of the subcontracting component;
- Support the management of accounts receivable and payable;
- Ensure the completion of documentation relating to project progress and performance;

Required profile
Education:
- DEC or BACC in a field relevant to the world of Construction
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years as a project manager in a construction-related field
- Experience with various project management, performance monitoring, and budgeting tools
- Good understanding of multi-unit housing projects
- Knowledge of CCQ realities
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and tight deadlines
- Good team spirit and demonstrated leadership
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Versatility, organization, resourcefulness, and a sense of priorities
- Proficiency with Office Suite tools
