Our team is currently looking for a Personal Property and Casualty Insurance Broker – Service. Great opportunity, in this role, you have the chance to manage a customer module and put forward your expertise in order to offer a high-quality service to your customers.

 

It should be noted that the hybrid work mode is possible for this position: a healthy combination of face-to-face mode (in the office) to maintain good contact with the team and telework mode for a good balance of personal and professional life! 

 

The responsibilities of this position:

  • Offer an exceptional experience to your customers by relying on your expertise as a property and casualty insurance advisor;
  • Maintain the relationship with your customers, in particular by offering a courteous and turnkey service;
  • Analyze the risks submitted to you and select the best product (quality/price) in the market according to your client's needs;
  • Supervise the issuance, modifications and cancellations of policies according to the required path;
  • Monitor renewals according to the list of deadlines;
  • And because collaboration is part of our daily life, contribute to the development of the team by demonstrating leadership.

 

The DNA sought:

  • Hold a personal property and casualty insurance license issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers ;
  • You have 1 year of professional experience in personal insurance;
  • Proficiency in French and English, both orally and in writing;
  • You are proficient in the tools of the Office suite;
  • You are said to be an expert in customer service;
  • You have good communication skills;
  • You demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness and a strong professional ethic.
