Working conditions:

- Work schedule that gives you one day off every 2 weeks. You work 72 hours/2 weeks, condensed into 9 work days.

The bilingualism criterion is also very important. For English, we are looking for a functional/high level, meaning that the broker must be able to serve an English-speaking client well.
Having a property and casualty insurance broker's license and/or experience in the field is an asset, but is not a hiring criterion. We offer the necessary training to obtain a personal property and casualty insurance license for candidates with the required profile, but who do not yet have their license. To be eligible, the candidate must have, at a minimum, a high school diploma and 3 years of relevant full-time work experience.
