Role Description

We are looking to add a full-time administrative assistant to our team. The administrative assistant will ensure the smooth functioning of the office and provide support for the lawyers and notaries of the team. Day-to-day tasks include managing correspondence (phone, mail and emails), printing and scanning, preparing and organizing legal documents and letters, managing office supply inventory, and other types of administrative work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years’ practical administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google suite
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Autonomy and initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • English and French written and spoken language proficiency
  • Experience with legal administration (an asset)
