Full-time: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Day shift

Your missions

In collaboration with your supervisor, you will be trained to :

Read production slips and plans
Cut, assemble, fasten, and weld steel reinforcement
Operate various equipment: rolling machine, forklift, overhead crane
Check measurements and perform quality checks
Comply with health and safety standards

Not much experience?

Comprehensive training awaits you, including:
Site visit, OHS training and work methods
Learning welding symbols and procedures
Supervised practice (test plate, real work with support)
Structured assessment after 10 weeks

What we Search

A minimum of 1 year of welding experience (preferred)
DEP in welding or mechanics: an asset
Blueprint reading: an asset
Motivation, rigor, and a desire to learn
