Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager who excels in providing comprehensive client service. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts and support clients with their personal insurance needs. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring client retention through expert advice and efficient policy management.
Key Responsibilities

Expert Client Service: Deliver comprehensive, professional service to a diverse portfolio of personal lines clients.

Portfolio Management: Manage renewals, process endorsements, and handle account inquiries with precision.

Risk Assessment: Evaluate client needs and risk exposures to recommend tailored insurance solutions.

Claims Support: Confidently guide clients through the claims process, acting as a supportive advocate.

Collaboration: Work closely with producers, insurance partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless service.

Documentation: Prepare insurance applications, proposals, and accurate policy documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications

Licensing: Active RIBO license in good standing is required.

Experience: 3+ years of experience within a Personal Lines brokerage environment.

Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Experience with EPIC, Compu-Quote, and various broker portals is considered a strong asset.
