Technical support technician - electromechanics

Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality technical support in English and French to customers across Canada and the United States, either by email and by phone on parts and various machines (dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, etc.)
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
* Enter parts orders into the computer system
* Gather essential information to facilitate the production of work orders for service partners
* Ensure the rapid shipment of necessary parts and provide documentation as needed
* Find solutions to resolve problematic situations

Required skills

* Hold a diploma in electromechanics (DEP, DEC)
* Have 2 years of experience in technical support for technical parts
* Have 2 years of experience in customer service
* Master French and English (oral and written) in order to respond to customers from Canada and the United States
* Have a dynamic attitude
* Demonstrate autonomy, reliability and interpersonal skills with customers
* Problem-solving skills, versatility
* Master the office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of SAP (an asset)
* Have a sense of organization
* Love to learn

Work location: Boucherville

Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
