Develop new business opportunities, through current book of business or new potential accounts.
Generate and follow up on sales leads in a timely manner.
Act as a liaison between customers and customer service representatives to ensure pricing is accurate and profitable.
Assist with carrier portfolio, including developing strong relationships and operational understandings, helping to match carrier preferred lanes with freight, and working with carriers as determined by the business.
Required Skills
3+ years of B2B and 3PL sales experience, with a book of business.
Proven track record in 3PL transportation/logistics sales.
Highly motivated, tactful, relentless and disciplined self-starter, as well as a team player.
Excellent skills in communication and negotiation.
Strong organizational skills.
