Working Conditions
- Annual salary between $50,000 and $55,000 depending on your experience;
- Permanent, full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in-person, flexible schedule between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.;
- 2 weeks of annual vacation, 5 days of paid personal leave, and 4 additional days of paid leave between Christmas and New Year's Day;

Role and Responsibilities
Based at the Candiac head office, and under the supervision of the Controller, the incumbent oversees the processing and monitoring of accounts payable for all our divisions. In particular, he or she is responsible for:
- Reconciling invoices with purchase orders and verifying approval and coding;
- Ensuring the accuracy of invoices and account statements;
- Entering invoices into the accounting system;
- Preparing payments and bank transfers;
- Classifying invoices and payments.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- DEP in accounting;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of Excel and the Office Suite.
Skills and Abilities required
- Ability to work in a team;
- Enjoy clerical work and data entry;
- Be autonomous, meticulous, and have good organizational skills;
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
