Your Mission Reporting to the Director of Financial and Administrative Services and in collaboration with the General Manager, the incumbent collaborates on maintaining and developing the company's Human Resources department. Jouvence is looking for a candidate who will integrate into its team and share its values of humanism, respect, listening, and development! Do you have a college diploma (DEC) in administration and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position? Are you familiar with human resources laws and do you have experience in a unionized workplace? Are you proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Acomba software, and the French language (4.5/5)?

Here is a brief overview of the tasks:
Processes complete payroll;
Manages administrative management of employee files;
Ensures adherence to and monitoring of benefits programs and answers employee questions;
Manages all staffing, onboarding, and integration activities;
Interprets and applies the collective agreement;
Collaborates in the planning, coordination, and delivery of training activities in accordance with Bill 90 (1%);
All other related tasks.

Talents sought

We are looking for someone who is comfortable managing multiple projects and projects simultaneously, who has good judgment, analysis, and synthesis skills, and who demonstrates proactivity.

The person must also have strong HR knowledge, as they will be required to play an advisory role to management and executives. They will also need to demonstrate mobilizing leadership to rally all managers toward centralized HR management.

Finally, we are looking for someone committed and autonomous who will be committed to the development of Jouvence and who will listen to the wonderful Jouvence team.
