Our client is looking for a notary specializing in commercial real estate to conduct title appraisals. The notary will be responsible for conducting title appraisals and preparing title reports.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• Bachelor of Laws;
• Member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec;
• Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience in title examination;
• Bilingual French/English, both orally and in writing
• Ability to manage priorities and demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while rigorously meeting deadlines;
• Sense of initiative, organization, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and autonomy;
• Team spirit;
• Curiosity intellectual.
