Your role
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Taking and dispatching service calls to technicians.
- Planning and scheduling appointments, commissioning, and other tasks.
- Tracking repairs and managing parts. (RMA)
- Create estimates and quotes for client approval.
- Ensure invoicing and follow-up on service contracts.
- Produce work orders.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure continuity and quality of service.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree: DEP or relevant technical training (an asset).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in technician dispatch/coordination.
- Bilingualism: French and English, spoken and written.
- Software proficiency: Excel (intermediate level), Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics Navision or equivalent.
- Strong autonomy, analytical skills, and thoroughness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Organizational skills.
