Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the account manager on their work team;
- Play a central role in drafting and updating documentation;
- Create and update client accounts and documents;
- Analyze insurance policies (if certified);
- Invoice transactions;
- Supervise the issuance, amendments, and cancellations of policies according to procedures;
- Support, guide, and perform tasks specific to their role. team.

- You have more than 2 years of relevant professional experience;
- You are certified in commercial or personal property and casualty insurance by the Autorité des marchés financiers, a major asset;
- You are proficient in Office Suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);

- You have good communication and writing skills;
