Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

GD LEAD is looking for a Construction Project Manager to support the management and delivery of our commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate has experience in estimating as well as excellent organizational skills. Main Responsibilities • Manage all stages of construction projects: planning, coordination, execution and delivery • Estimate construction costs and prepare budgets • Analyze plans, specifications and calls for tender />
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and external stakeholders

• Monitor deadlines, costs and quality

• Collaborate with the internal team (property management, accounting, management)

• Manage unforeseen events on construction sites and propose solutions

Required profile

• Training in project management, civil engineering, architecture, estimating or related field

• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction project management (commercial sector an asset)

• Concrete experience in project estimating

• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in software such as MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or any estimating software (e.g. Dreeven etc.)
