External Sales Support

Reporting to the Head of Sales – Toronto & Quebec, the incumbent plays a key role in supporting the external sales team to drive company growth. He/she acts as a point of contact between suppliers, clients, and sales representatives while ensuring high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between external sales representatives and business partners.
  • Process new financing requests and contracts.
  • Respond to emails from suppliers and clients.
  • Handle phone calls from lessees and partners (suppliers/resellers).
  • Welcome suppliers during their visits to the office.
  • Develop strong business relationships with suppliers: fully understand their needs and provide professional service.
  • Analyze partner expectations and offer clear and appropriate responses.
  • Present the company and its products in a simple and effective manner, then transfer opportunities to the sales team.
  • Positively represent the company (presentation, communication, professional attitude).
  • Quickly find solutions in response to requests or issues.
  • Manage lease terminations with lessees and suppliers/resellers.
  • Produce sales reports for partners.
  • Follow up on missing documents required to finalize settlements.
  • Make follow-up phone calls to clients in case of overdue payments.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable in a B2B environment and with a variety of stakeholders (business owners, sales reps, accountants).
  • Confident on the phone, especially when reaching out to new suppliers/resellers.
  • Strong customer service orientation: responsiveness, engagement, curiosity, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills: clear communication, ease in relationships, and polished presentation.
  • Results-driven with perseverance to achieve targets.
  • Good priority management and versatility.
  • Ability to self-reflect and adapt
