Mobilization and Business Relations Officer

Papillons Infrastructure Nature is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement and Business Relations Officer to support the development of its activities and projects.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Stakeholder Engagement and Business Relations Officer will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Initiating, supporting, and implementing all stakeholder engagement initiatives,
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners,
  • Organizing and facilitating various working meetings, training sessions, activities, and stakeholder engagement events within different projects in Canada and Brazil,
  • Initiating Steps to finalize agreements with business clients for the RechargÉco network,
  • Manage relationships with the RechargÉco network's portfolio of business clients and serve as the primary point of contact,
  • Monitor commercial agreements with the RechargÉco network's portfolio of business clients.

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills,
  • Developed diplomacy and political acumen,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365.

Specific Skills

  • Ability to communicate quickly and concisely,
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and work under tight deadlines,
  • Autonomy, sense of responsibility, sound judgment, and resourcefulness,
  • Fluency in spoken and written French,
  • Fluency in spoken and written English,
  • Fluency in spoken and written Portuguese,
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license without any restrictions.

Conditions and Benefits

  • Salary: Based on experience.
  • Start Date: February 2026.
  • Contract duration: 1 year with possibility of extension.
  • Type of contract: Temporary full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Location: Remote work and offices in Mile End.
  • Some meetings may require in-person attendance at the Papillons offices.
  • Apple computer provided and all necessary software.
  • Company phone provided.
  • Access to company vehicles.
