Java Fullstack Developer

Founded in 2014, Techso is a young and growing company offering consulting services in specific solution development.  The consulting firm has built a reputation for the quality of its projects delivered to prestigious clients, such as Tesla, Honda, Bombardier, Pratt&Whitney, Desjardins, Airbus, and many others. The Techso consultant will have the chance to work in different sectors such as events, industry, banking and insurance, health and much more!

You will work as a fullstack developer in order to support our DEV teams and meet the needs of our clients based in Montreal and internationally.

Responsibilities

• As part of your missions, you will participate in the design and development of our customers' projects (new applications, development of new features on existing applications and maintenance...).
• You will contribute to the definition of the architecture of innovative solutions and determine the objectives and requirements of our customers.
• You will put in production the developed solutions and will carry out the change management.
• You will write unit tests and ensure the highest development standards by following the software development lifecycle.
• You will write technical documentation.
• You will follow the evolution of new solutions / technologies on the market.
• You will work with Agile/Scrum teams

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software
• Significant experience in Java development (knowledge of the Spring framework is an asset).
• You have strong knowledge of Front-End development (React.JS, Angular.JS, Vue.JS, etc...).
• You have strong skills in relational databases (ORM and DAO frameworks such as Hibernate, SQL language, etc...). Knowledge of noSQL databases is an asset.
• You are able to communicate in English, both in writing and verbally.
• Your communication skills, your curiosity and your ability to adapt are your assets.
