Your role:
As an estimator, you will play a key role in our customer development. You will offer customized solutions for fire alarm, intrusion, and access control systems, utilizing a human, technical, and strategic approach. Your goal: build trust, provide sound advice, and actively contribute to the company's growth.
Your main tasks:
- Carefully estimate projects for fire alarms, automatic sprinklers, and related systems
- Analyze client requests, plans, specifications, and public and private calls for tenders
- Advise clients on the solutions best suited to their needs
- Promote our products and services with a consultative approach
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Ensure quality follow-up for lasting satisfaction
- Stay abreast of technological advances in the field
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical and customer service)
Required profile :
- Knowledge of fire alarm systems
- Knowledge of sprinklers (an asset)
- Knowledge of ULC, NFPA, and CNB standards, as well as site and service practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and autonomy
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Autonomy, team spirit, and results-oriented
