Administrative Assistant / Accounting Clerk
💼 Full-time – Permanent (37.5 hours / week)
M. Roy & Associates Inc. is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant / Accounting Clerk to join its commercial department and support the administration of commercial insolvency files.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized and proactive individual who enjoys working in a team environment and contributing to the smooth management of administrative and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Perform administrative and accounting support tasks related to client files

Prepare, update and follow up on documents and records

Enter and verify accounting and administrative data

Assist the commercial insolvency advisor and trustee with file management

Provide general administrative support to the department
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, accounting clerk or accounting technician

Experience in an accounting or bookkeeping firm (an asset)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Basic English proficiency
