Administrative Assistant / Accounting Clerk

💼 Full-time – Permanent (37.5 hours / week)

M. Roy & Associates Inc. is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant / Accounting Clerk to join its commercial department and support the administration of commercial insolvency files.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized and proactive individual who enjoys working in a team environment and contributing to the smooth management of administrative and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and accounting support tasks related to client files

  • Prepare, update and follow up on documents and records

  • Enter and verify accounting and administrative data

  • Assist the commercial insolvency advisor and trustee with file management

  • Provide general administrative support to the department

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, accounting clerk or accounting technician

  • Experience in an accounting or bookkeeping firm (an asset)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Basic English proficiency

💰 Salary: Based on experience – competitive within the industry
