Accounting Technician | Trust Accounts

What you will do

• Manage daily operations related to trust accounts

• Perform reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions

• Participate in processing large volumes of financial movements

• Ensure follow-up on payments, transfers, and discrepancies

• Collaborate closely with various internal teams

• Prepare various accounting reports and documents

• Contribute to the optimization of processes and work methods

• Participate in month-end activities and financial audits

• Maintain high standards of compliance and accuracy

What we are looking for

• DEC in accounting or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position

• Excellent ability to manage stress and priorities

• Advanced bilingualism required (French/English – around 8/10 in both languages)

• A higher level of English is a significant asset

• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment

• Exceptional organizational skills and great autonomy
