This position is halfway between strategy and human support; it does not involve directly managing projects, but rather mentoring project managers, resolving operational issues, and ensuring the team's skill development.

Main Responsibilities
Mentor, support, and coach a team of civil engineering project managers
Act as an operational filter between field teams and management
Resolve 70 to 80% of project issues at the front line
Participate in complex technical discussions, without direct site management
Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal practices
Contribute to the development of skills and the improvement of the team
Provide mobilizing leadership focused on rigor, listening, and collaboration
Participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes
Desired Profile
University degree in civil engineering (or technical degree with equivalent experience)
10 years of experience or more in civil project management
Strong technical credibility and ability to intervene strategically
Coaching-type leadership: human, mobilizing, unifying
Proficiency with digital tools: TPL (estimation) and MS Project (scheduling)
Collaborative spirit and ability to manage with listening, rigor, and humility
Experience in a financially transparent and autonomous environment
Offered Benefits
Competitive salary between $140,000 and $150,000 based on experience
Annual performance bonus between 5% and 10%
