Job Description

An established contractor in the civil engineering field is looking to integrate a senior project manager into their team to manage various civil projects while serving as a technical reference for colleagues. This position combines strategic responsibilities, human leadership, and execution excellence, with a clear potential for advancement to a project director position.


Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure complete management of civil projects, from initiation to final delivery

  • Supervise technical, budgetary, and contractual aspects

  • Act as a technical resource for project managers and field teams

  • Develop and monitor schedules

  • Actively participate in estimation activities via TPL

  • Coordinate communications between various stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, suppliers)

  • Ensure rigorous tracking of costs, quantities, and deliverables

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the skill development of the team


Desired Profile

  • Degree in civil engineering or DEC in civil engineering with equivalent experience

  • Proven experience in project management in the civil works field

  • Ability to juggle the technical and financial dimensions of a project

  • Collaborative spirit, mobilizing leadership, and a coaching approach

  • Proficiency in TPL software (estimation) and MS Project (scheduling)

  • Comfortable with budget management, financial tracking, and accountability

  • Good communication and analytical skills
