We are looking for a project manager to join a well-established Montreal company specializing in disaster recovery and emergency response.

The role is primarily focused on residential projects related to insurance. The person will need to manage their files independently, ensure follow-ups with various stakeholders, and maintain good control over priorities, budgets, and timelines.

The company is growing and actively modernizing its practices. It places a strong emphasis on technology, continuous improvement, and operational optimization. Therefore, we are looking for someone open to new working methods, capable of learning quickly, and motivated to evolve in an environment where tools, processes, and standards continue to evolve.

Here, we are not just looking for someone to coordinate work. We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and performance-oriented person, capable of taking action quickly, finding solutions, and advancing files efficiently.

  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and working methods

Desired Profile

The desired profile:

  • Relevant experience in construction, renovation, or project management
  • Good understanding of construction work and site realities
  • Experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

  • a field profile looking to evolve further into management
  • a quick executor who enjoys dynamic environments
  • someone who is naturally curious, tech-savvy, and open to change
  • a professional who enjoys optimizing their ways of working rather than simply following an established routine

The company places great importance on attitude, open-mindedness, and the ability to evolve with the organization.

Work Environment

The environment is entrepreneurial, human, and performance-oriented.

The company is currently in a significant phase of growth and modernization. Teams work with several technological tools, and the organization actively invests in improving its processes and integrating new technologies into its operations.
