Join a growing Quebec organization that is strengthening its project team with two senior positions. You will lead civil infrastructure mandates (sewer, aqueduct, road) in a field environment, with real autonomy and a direct link to decision-makers.

Responsibilities — deliver profitable, compliant, and well-coordinated projects

• Plan and coordinate all project activities, from initiation to administrative and financial closure.
  
• Build schedules, track progress, and adjust priorities to meet commitments.
  
• Analyze plans, specifications, and contractual documents to ensure execution meets requirements.
  
• Control budgets, costs, and profitability, then produce required follow-ups throughout the project.
  
• Prepare progress billings, ensure follow-up on invoicing, and support sound financial management of files.
  
• Negotiate and document amendments and additional work in collaboration with stakeholders.
  
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, material purchases, and site meetings, then quickly resolve technical or operational issues.
  

Profile sought — essentials to be quickly effective on-site

• Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering project management (or directly relevant equivalent experience).
  
• Have concrete experience in sewer, aqueduct, road, or municipal infrastructure.
  
• Have completed MTQ, municipal, or commercial excavation projects.
  
• Master construction methods, as well as cost and productivity concepts.
  
• Hold a degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or civil engineering technology.
  
• Demonstrate natural leadership, autonomy, and good judgment in a multi-stakeholder context.
  
• Adopt a field-oriented, collaborative, and solution-focused approach.
  

Conditions — compensation, schedule, and travel support

• Offer an annual salary of $100,000 to $120,000, based on experience.
  
• Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  
• Benefit from 3 weeks of vacation per year (6%), with a bank to be used before April 30 each year.
  
• Access group insurance after 3 months of full-time service (mandatory membership, unless equivalent coverage is available).
  
• Use a provided vehicle, with a $60 monthly cell phone allowance.
  
• Receive accommodation and meal allowances while traveling.
