Accounting Technician

Do you enjoy full accounting, varied files, and environments that are a bit more dynamic than routine accounting?

Our client, a well-established property management company, is looking for an experienced accounting technician to take charge of the complete accounting cycle for several entities.

Your Role

You will be involved in:

• Accounts payable;
  
• Billing and collection of rents;
  
• Bank reconciliations;
  
• Monthly closings;
  
• Adjusting entries;
  
• GST/QST declarations.
  

Desired Profile

• Experience in property accounting (strong asset)
  
• DEC in accounting or equivalent;
  
• Good mastery of the complete accounting cycle;
  
• Comfortable with multi-company accounting;
  
• Excellent French;
  
• Knowledge of Hopem: an asset.
