Quebec company in strong growth (x3 in the last few years), recognized for its custom creations and high-end customer experience. Driven by a strong digital presence (over 20,000 subscribers) and a unique connection with its clientele, the company is entering a new phase: structuring its growth and building a high-performing and sustainable organization.

Responsibilities — structure, lead, and stabilize operations

  • Structure operations and internal processes following the rapid growth of the company.
  • Monitor and analyze overall performance (store + online) to identify optimization levers.
  • Implement key performance indicators (KPI: conversion, average basket, sales performance, etc.).
  • Optimize tools and systems (CRM, customer tracking, omnichannel processes).
  • Support budgetary and financial management for informed decision-making.
  • Guide, coach, and stabilize a growing team.
  • Actively participate in strategy and growth projects (new store, new brand).
  • Stay involved on the ground (store, events, operations).
Profile sought — the essentials to succeed in a growing SME
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in operations or management in a growth environment.
  • Concrete experience in structuring (KPI, processes, CRM, performance).
  • Good understanding of retail and/or e-commerce environments (luxury, fashion, or beauty).
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured context and build solutions.
  • Natural leadership, ability to guide and mobilize a team.
  • Strong autonomy, initiative, and execution capability.
  • Intermediate functional English.

Conditions — work environment and recognition

  • Base salary based on experience.
  • 40 hours per week, with flexible hours.
  • Flexible hybrid mode.
