Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Estimator

Main Responsibilities
Analyze plans and specifications to identify technical specifics and project risks
Define the most effective work methods according to the site context
Accurately and rigorously calculate the necessary quantities
Identify and contact suppliers and subcontractors, analyze their offers
Prepare work schedules and integrate them into the estimate
Develop costs in the internal estimation software
Actively participate in the closing of bids
Conduct site visits when required
Desired Profile
Degree in civil engineering, estimation, surveying, or related field
Minimum 5 years of site experience, combined with significant estimation experience
Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
Proficiency in tools such as Autodesk and TPL (assets)
Functional level of English
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
Working Conditions
On-site position in the company's offices in Montreal (South-West)
After 3 months, possibility of 2 days of remote work per week

Competitive salary based on experience: $120,000 to $150,000 (+10% conditional bonus)
