Your responsibilities

Independently manage corporate and transactional files
Prepare and review legal documentation
Ensure the maintenance of corporate records
Perform regulatory follow-ups and deadlines
Collaborate with lawyers, notaries, and multi-site teams
Supervise and support junior/intermediate paralegals

Desired profile

DEC in legal techniques or equivalent
5+ years of experience in corporate law
Strong ability to manage a high volume of files
Excellent organization, rigor, and autonomy
Communication skills and team spirit
Intermediate English
