Business Development Manager – Recruitment Solutions

Main Mission:
Develop and maintain a client portfolio to promote the company's recruitment solutions, ensuring sales growth and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and approach new clients in various sectors

  • Identify companies' recruitment needs and propose tailored solutions

  • Negotiate and conclude sustainable business agreements

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients

  • Represent the company at trade shows, job fairs, and networking events

  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure the quality and relevance of services offered

  • Monitor performance indicators and produce regular reports

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent skills in prospecting, negotiation, and partnership development

  • Knowledge of the recruitment or human resources field (asset)

  • Autonomy, organizational skills, and results orientation

  • Bilingualism (French/English) preferred

  • Proficiency with digital tools and CRM

Typical Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, ideally in the recruitment, HR, or B2B services field

  • Education in business, marketing, management, or a related field
