We are recruiting a Financial Controller for a growing company that wants to better structure its operations, improve its performance, and enhance the quality of its financial information. In this role, you will actively contribute to project profitability, budget monitoring, financial forecasting, and the development of useful management tools for management.

Your Role

  • Ensure the reliability, consistency, and relevance of financial information
  • Conduct financial analyses to support management decisions
  • Monitor costs, margins, and project profitability
  • Participate in budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance monitoring
  • Develop dashboards and performance indicators
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in financial and operational processes
  • Collaborate with various managers to improve financial discipline
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of control and management practices

The Desired Profile

  • Relevant education in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Experience in management control, financial analysis, or management accounting
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical skills and good sense of priorities
  • Influential leadership and ease of collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in project, manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments is a significant asset
  • Rigorous, autonomous, and solution-oriented approach

Salary
Between $90,000 and $110,000 depending on experience
