Installer / Service Technician on the Road

Do you not want to spend your days in front of the same equipment in the same workshop?

That's great.

We are looking for a technical person who likes to move, work with their hands, and above all solve problems. You will travel directly to clients to install, maintain, and repair various equipment on vehicles and machinery.

Each installation is different. Therefore, you must be able to observe, understand, adapt, and find the right solution on-site. This is exactly what makes the job interesting.

What does the job look like?

Depending on the day, you could:

• Install an automatic lubrication system on a new machine.
  
• Perform diagnostics when equipment is not functioning as expected.
  
• Carry out preventive maintenance on garage equipment or hydraulic systems.
  
• Run pipes and make various connections according to the equipment configuration.
  
• Test your installation and ensure everything is working correctly before you leave.
  
• Advise a client or answer some technical questions.
  
• Take photos and complete your intervention report.
  

You will work both , and some interventions may require working under vehicles, at heights, or in industrial environments.

What we are really looking for

Beyond the diploma, we are mainly looking for someone who has good technical judgment.

You could be the right person if:

• You have experience in electromechanics, industrial mechanics, mechanics, hydraulics, or equipment installation.
  
• You quickly understand how a machine works.
  
• You are autonomous and not afraid to try different approaches to solve a problem.
  
• You know how to ask the right questions when you encounter something new.
  
• You are hands-on, organized, and reliable.
  
• You are comfortable with customer service.
  
• You hold a valid driver's license.
  
• Traveling is naturally part of the type of work you are looking for.
  

Technical training is preferred, but solid and relevant experience may also be considered.

• Salary starting at $28/hour, and more depending on experience
