Responsibilities — concrete deliverables on a daily basis

• Ensure complete accounting operations related to real estate with a retail reality (revenues, expenses, and current accounting follow-ups).
  
• Produce the required accounting analyses and follow-ups to support the management of the retail-oriented real estate portfolio.
  
• Coordinate accounting closing activities and deliver reliable and consistent financial information.
  
• Operate and maintain records in Yardi, ensuring data accuracy and quality of entries.
  
• Collaborate closely with the team to align operational needs and accounting requirements in a dynamic context.
  

Profile sought — essential requirements and collaboration style

• Hold a degree in accounting (DEC or bachelor's).
  
• Have 3 years of accounting experience, with confirmed experience in real estate related to retail.
  
• Master all accounting aspects related to real estate and the retail sector.
  
• Use professional French at work (English-speaking profile accepted if French is professional).
  
• Adopt a team approach and a positive collaboration style, aligned with friendly and supportive management.
