Main Responsibilities

• Manage exterior cladding projects from A to Z, in collaboration with foremen.
  

• Act as a resource person for clients and ensure clear and professional communication.
  

• Plan the steps, supervise execution, and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
  

• Manage subcontractors: negotiation, assignment, and contract follow-up.
  

• Ensure compliance of work and adherence to quality standards.
  

• Intervene as needed to resolve unforeseen issues and optimize execution methods.
  

Desired Profile

• Experience of 2 to 5 years (or more!) in construction project management, ideally in exterior cladding.
  

• Technical training in a building-related field (DEP, DEC, or other).
  

• Good communicator and team player, capable of mobilizing the troops.
  

• Sense of organization, autonomy, rigor.
  

• Comfortable in a rapidly growing environment.
  

Working Conditions

• On-site position (region G0Z), Monday to Friday (40h/week).

• 4 weeks of vacation (according to construction weeks).
