Assign duties and projects to real estate brokers
Coordinate work activities to ensure commercial or residential projects meet requirements, budget and deadlines properties
Direct and control daily operations

Review commercial properties to ensure that they are in line with rental markets
Establish and implement policies and procedures
Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
