Tasks

  • Assign duties and projects to real estate brokers
  • Coordinate work activities to ensure commercial or residential projects meet requirements, budget and deadlines properties
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Review commercial properties to ensure that they are in line with rental markets
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
