• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks

• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Issue tickets
• Make and confirm reservations
• Process credit cards, vouchers and other payments
• Provide information on cancellation, late arrival and other policies
• Provide clients with information
• Greet customers
• Provide customer service
