We're not a traditional dealership. There's no showroom or walk-in closet, and even less jacket and tie. We provide you with second-chance credit customers (+/- 250 leads per month): it's up to you to turn their calls into satisfied customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Initiate the first call (warm calls) to understand customer needs and requirements by asking relevant questions
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person quickly and professionally
- Qualify customers for financing and recommend suitable financing options based on the customer's situation
- Once pre-approved by the financial institution, provide accurate information on the various used car models available that meet the customer's budget and requirements
- Enter data into the CRM
- Collaborate with the team to finalize transactions and ensure smooth delivery of vehicles to customers
- Perform Customer follow-up required
The profile sought
- You must have a minimum of sales experience, whether in banking, automotive, telecommunications, door-to-door, or any other relevant field.
- The best part: if you can read a credit report. If not, we'll be happy to teach you.
- If you're wondering if you need to know all the options on the vehicles we sell, the answer is no. Google is your friend for that!
- Our clientele is primarily French-speaking, but it's a plus if you speak English or any other language.
- We want someone articulate, with good team spirit (no one-man shows here), who isn't afraid to "put on their work boots" to make their money.
Our working conditions
- Permanent salaried position
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, one evening per week (until 8:30pm - no Fridays), and one Saturday per month (10am to 4pm). Evenings and Saturdays can be worked from home.
