Real Estate Resources Assistant
Your Responsibilities
As a Property Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our spaces remain welcoming, safe, and well-organized. More specifically, you will be required to:

Perform minor repairs inside the facility.

Perform certain tasks related to housekeeping and ensuring the cleanliness of the premises.

Restock common areas with equipment and supplies.
-
Perform preventive maintenance on company tools and equipment.
-
Ensure the arrangement and movement of office supplies (furniture, chairs, filing cabinets, etc.).

Report any irregularities concerning offices, public areas, or infrastructure to the coordinator.

Organize and manage the inventory of supplies, equipment, and materials in the warehouse.

Configure workstations and furniture during installations or rearrangements.

Perform any other related tasks to support the department's needs.
Required profile

Manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Organizational skills and good priority management.

Team player, versatility, and autonomy.

Physical ability to move furniture and perform various tasks.

Experience in a similar position (an asset).
