Real Estate Resources Assistant

Your Responsibilities

As a Property Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our spaces remain welcoming, safe, and well-organized. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Perform minor repairs inside the facility.

  • Perform certain tasks related to housekeeping and ensuring the cleanliness of the premises.

  • Restock common areas with equipment and supplies.

  • Perform preventive maintenance on company tools and equipment.

  • Ensure the arrangement and movement of office supplies (furniture, chairs, filing cabinets, etc.).

  • Report any irregularities concerning offices, public areas, or infrastructure to the coordinator.

  • Organize and manage the inventory of supplies, equipment, and materials in the warehouse.

  • Configure workstations and furniture during installations or rearrangements.

  • Perform any other related tasks to support the department's needs.

Required profile

  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.

  • Organizational skills and good priority management.

  • Team player, versatility, and autonomy.

  • Physical ability to move furniture and perform various tasks.

  • Experience in a similar position (an asset).
