What you'll do on a daily basis

You will be responsible for the complete management of commercial building projects, multi-residential and institutional projects.
Specifically, your role will consist of:

  • Analyzing plans, drawings, and specifications received from architects, contractors, and subcontractors;

  • Planning the necessary procurement with the help of project assistants;

  • Coordinating the distribution of manufacturing plans according to project priorities Production;

  • Monitor construction and installation on sites, in collaboration with superintendents;

  • Closely monitor production, delivery, and installation schedules, timelines, and costs;

  • Facilitate communication between various departments and ensure rigorous procurement monitoring.

Required Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in civil engineering, construction engineering, or architecture, or any other relevant experience

  • Relevant experience in project management;

  • Advanced English level
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;

  • Good knowledge of blueprint reading and computer tools (Office Suite, MS Project, REVIT);

  • Knowledge of Quebec construction laws and regulations is required.

  • Familiarity with construction manufacturing processes (asset).
