Loiseau d’à Côté is looking for a passionate Cook / Kitchen Assistant to join our full-time kitchen team. You’ll work with fresh, local ingredients in a dynamic restaurant known for its warm atmosphere and high-quality cuisine.

👉 Ideal for: line cooks, prep cooks, kitchen assistants, culinary students or anyone looking to grow in the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and standards

  • Participate in daily prep and station setup

  • Maintain a clean, organized and efficient workspace

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

  • Follow food safety, hygiene and MAPAQ standards

Requirements

  • Kitchen or restaurant experience (an asset)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and strong team spirit

  • Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
