🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly, human voice behind our chats, emails, and support tickets

  • Turn customer questions into “wow, that was easy” moments

  • Troubleshoot issues and guide customers step-by-step

  • Keep track of conversations in our support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, or whatever you use)

  • Spot trends in customer feedback and share insights with the team

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and ops to level up the customer experience

  • Protect the vibes while keeping response times fast and accurate

🧠 What You Bring

  • Strong communication skills (yes, including proper grammar)

  • A calm, solution-focused mindset—even when things get hectic

  • Comfort with tech tools, browsers, apps, and basic troubleshooting
